Returns, refunds and replacements for Sakugi products are handled by the partner store you ordered from, under its return policy and time window.

How to start a return

1. Open your orders in the partner store.
2. Choose the Sakugi item and select return or replace.
3. Pick a reason and a drop-off or pickup option.
4. Pack the parts in the original carton if you still have it.

Damaged or missing parts

If a part is bent or missing, request a replacement from the order page. Photos of the damage and the part letter from the manual speed things up.

Before you send it back

Many fit problems come down to measurements. Check the product page dimensions against your space — for over-the-sink racks, the adjustable span and faucet height.
